During this stage, our instructors prepare pre-course materials, including a workshop memo and readings, and design the full course materials that address specific issues your team faces.
On the day of the workshop, each participant receives a customized reference manual, packed with checklists, templates and practical tools aligned with the core lessons.
At the end of the workshop, we gather detailed feedback from each participant to continually refine and improve our programs.
