Cancellation requests submitted between 8 and 2 weeks before the start of the workshop are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the workshop fee.

Cancellation requests submitted with less than 2 weeks notice, or failure to attend the workshop without notice, are not eligible for a refund.

A delegate substitution, subject to any required prerequisites, is welcome prior to the commencement of the workshop.
