Rescheduling Policy

Participants located within Canada:
An administrative fee applies to all rescheduling requests made within 8 weeks of the workshop date:

$250 + tax for the ADR Workshop, Advanced ADR Workshop, Become a Powerful Negotiator Workshop, Dealing with Difficult People Workshop, and Effective Decision Making Workshop.
$500 + tax for the Applied ADR Workshop.

Participants located outside Canada:
An administrative fee applies to all rescheduling requests made within 8 weeks of the workshop date:

$250 USD for the ADR Workshop, Advanced ADR Workshop, Become a Powerful Negotiator Workshop, Dealing with Difficult People Workshop, and Effective Decision Making Workshop.
$500 USD for the Applied ADR Workshop.

A delegate substitution, subject to any required prerequisites, is welcome prior to the commencement of the workshop.
