Professionals worldwide trust the Stitt Feld Handy Group for industry-leading skills training that empowers leadership and builds confidence. Our courses are designed to meet the needs of diverse organizations and sectors, focusing on forging stronger relationships, communication and collaborating more effectively—both in high-stakes negotiations and everyday interactions. For example:

  • Does the idea of boundary setting, confrontation or negotiating make you nervous?
  • Are you afraid of conflict for fear of damaging relationships?
  • Do you feel uncomfortable having difficult conversations?
  • Do you feel equipped to deal with employee disputes?
  • Do you help others negotiate when they have problems?
  • Would you like to be more persuasive?
  • How can you inspire more confidence in your direct reports?
  • Do your front-line staff have the right tools to handle the most challenging customer service situations?

Faculty

Learn from the industry’s top thought leaders in negotiation, mediation and effective collaboration. Our instructors are not only highly skilled executive coaches, but also seasoned practitioners who bring real-world expertise and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by participants from diverse backgrounds, including business professionals, executives, educators, project managers and many others.

Coached Feedback

One of the standout features of our training is our use of dedicated coaches. Experienced coaches provide real-time feedback during role plays, helping participants refine techniques and maximize learning. In workshops like Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Become a Powerful Negotiator, coaches observe case studies and offer personalized tips to improve negotiation and mediation skills.

Our coaches create hands-on learning moments, helping participants identify strengths and address challenges in complex scenarios. This unique, supportive approach equips participants with practical skills they can confidently apply in their organizations and beyond.

The coaches are a big reason I keep coming back! The suggestions, strategies, skills, feedback provided are extremely helpful and allow for growth and learning.
