Justine Moritz is a Toronto-based mediator and instructor with the Stitt Feld Handy Group, a division of ADR Chambers. She provides training on negotiation, conflict resolution and how to have difficult conversations to the public and customized training for organizations and government departments throughout North America and she acts as a negotiation and mediation coach.
Justine earned a Social Services diploma from Humber College, her Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University with honors and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at McMaster University. Justine attained her a certificate from The New York Peace Institute for their Mediation and Conflict Resolution Intensive Program and earned the Executive Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law.
In addition to her work as an instructor and coach, Justine has worked with diverse client groups in many capacities and contexts. She has delivered trauma-informed, strength-based support and counseling to incarcerated men, women, victims of violence and human trafficking. Justine has experience providing conflict resolution skills to marginalized youth involved in the youth criminal justice system. Justine has experience negotiating with the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services to provide support to victims impacted by crime and violence. She has also worked in several non-profit organizations across Toronto in front-line service delivery, system navigation, stakeholder engagement, and research. Justine enjoys comedy and is a graduate of Second City’s Improvisation Conservatory Program.
