The June 22-24 session will be Virtual Instructor-Led using ZOOM technology. It will run from 8:30 – 4:30 (Eastern Time) daily.

You want results in your negotiations but you don’t want to fall into the destructive patterns that could damage what could be constructive relationships. You need to make your negotiations effective by figuring out what motivates the other side and knowing when to put an offer on the table. To become a powerful negotiator, you need the skills to handle difficult people and protect yourself from having someone take advantage of you. The negotiation workshop will help you succeed where others fail by giving you practical skills that will work in the real world. We will teach you to prepare better, become more persuasive and get the best deal. You will save your organization time and money by negotiating better, managing your staff better and resolving conflicts through negotiation.

Using ZOOM, the program will continue to be interactive and engaging, involving exercises, small group discussions and coached negotiation role plays. We are limiting the session to 24 participants.

This course was an eye-opener into effective negotiations which can be applied to everyday life. Working through the process first, then watching the same negotiation unfold on video helped to put everything into place for me. The rotation of the two instructors was very effective.
