Elinor’s primary focus is to help people deal with issues and resolve conflicts in the workplace. Michael E. Dickstein has been a full-time mediator, arbitrator, and teacher of negotiation and mediation since the mid 1990’s. Lynn Catzman is an associate facilitator and coach with Stitt Feld Handy Group. She has a background in education as a high school teacher and as the owner of Compukids, a computer education facility for children and adults.
Lynn obtained her B.A. at the University of British Columbia, her B.Ed. at the University of Toronto, and her M.A. at York University. She has an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the Stitt Feld Handy Group and University of Windsor Faculty of Law. She has completed the ADR, Advanced ADR and Applied ADR Workshops conducted by the Stitt Feld Handy Group. She has also completed the Civil Justice in Ontario program. Read More
William Humphrey is an Owen Sound-based lawyer, mediator, and facilitator with the Alliance Law Firm. Will received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2004 and is a member of the Ontario Bar. While at law school, he received the McMillan Binch Contracts Award and competed for Canada at the World Negotiation Competition, where he was awarded First Place. Francis J. F. Handy began his professional career with Osler Hoskin & Harcourt, acting as counsel in a number of hearings over professional discipline, land use and development, commercial litigation, workplace, and regulatory disputes. In 1994, he co-founded Stitt Feld Handy Houston, a law firm focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). This firm and its corporate affiliates, including the Stitt Feld Handy Group, became a leading ADR organization, and Frank’s Mediation, ADR, and ADR training practice dates from that time.
